Animals are a great company, and on many occasions, they become part of the family, but there are very dangerous species from which it is better to get as far away as possible. Today we want to show you the most dangerous animals in the world and the reasons why you should stay away from them.

Some consider that the most dangerous animal is the human being, for all that we are capable of destroying on so many levels, And we have included them on this list, keep watching to see where rank.

.Let’s begin at number 10.

Number 10 - Cone snail

No doubt, many dangerous creatures look innocuous on the outside. Isn't this an irony? Deadly animals are like books we don’t judge by their cover. The cone snail is a lovely creature, but you wouldn't expect what would happen to you if this dangerous animal stings you.

Cone snails are found in the tropics, and their unique brown and white marble shells differentiate them from similar species. They are not deep-sea species - if you come around the seashore, you would see them lurking there. Cone snails measure about 4-6 inches long.

Do not take their size for granted and try to get too familiar with the cone snail. Trust me; the cone snail is not your friend. Their harpoon-like teeth contain a very poisonous venom called conotoxin. If you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and were unlucky to be stung by the cone snail, an emergency treatment within minutes would be your only savior. The toxic venom alters the working system of the nerves a few minutes after it enters your body, and this can result in paralysis. The cone snail is nicknamed cigarette snail. Want to know why? Just as it takes a few minutes to take down a stick of cigarette, it takes only a few minutes to die after a cone snail stings you.

Number 9 - Golden Poison Dart Frog

This brightly colored amphibian is regarded as one of the most toxic animals on earth.
When you hear all that glitters isn’t gold, the Golden poison dart frog proves this point effortlessly. It belongs to the poison dart family, a large group of colorful frogs. But not all species of the poison dart family are dangerous, but this frog is the black sheep of the family. They live in small rain forests along Colombia's Pacific coast.

The Golden poison dart frog is not a large animal as it grows only two inches long. What makes the frog dangerous is that it has a poison known as batrachotoxin, and the potency of this poison is such that there is enough in one frog to kill ten adult males.

Only two micrograms can get a human being six-feet below the ground. Snakes, for instance, have their venoms in their mouth, thus touching a snake's skin is not harmful. The Golden dart frog's poison glands are located beneath its skin, meaning that touching its skin is all you need to be infested. Due to deforestation, this dangerous frog is now an endangered species. If you see this creature by chance, do not try to touch it. You can take pictures from a safe distance if you need to have memories of this creature.

Number 8 - Box Jellyfish

I always start by acknowledging the beauty of animals, and the box jellyfish is no different. I cannot help but say that this animal would catch your fancy at first sight. However, it's regarded as the most venomous marine animal by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.- This creature is not one to be toyed with.

They are transparent and can float at a speed of five miles per hour. The Box jellyfish has 15 tentacles, and these tentacles are wrapped with thousands of stinging cells known as nematocysts.

These nematocysts attack the heart, skin cells, and the nervous system simultaneously. The effect of this cell is so swift that victims of the Box Jellyfish sting go into shock and may die of a heart attack before medical help gets to them. The good news is that there is an antidote for this poison, but victims of this creature suffer severe pains even weeks after taking the cure. The box jellyfish make sure to leave an autograph on your skin for future reference.
Number 7 - Lion

Ancient stories about Lions say a lot about what you should expect from this animal. The Lion is an embodiment of strength, skills, and strategy. Egyptian mythologists even suggest that lions were intermediaries between the people and the gods.

Lions in those days were nearly worshipped as gods. With the advent of civilization, the role of this animal changed, and it assumed a new position. About the new role, I'll explain.

The Lion's roar can be heard from eight kilometers away, and that is enough to reason to have your heart in your mouth. The Lion's roar says a lot. It tells you not to get too close; it tells you how delicious a meal you would make; it tells you that it is hungry and needs food.s #entertainment #top10 #top5 #list #countdown
