Today, I am sharing my tips and the things I do to "maintain my weight". I don't care much about the weight itself, I just want more muscles and less fat. I actually look slimmer when weighing more if it's more muscles than fat. If I don't exercise, I lose weight but look wider because everything loosens up ๐.
I used to be overweight, it has never been a secret. On top of that, I have a slow metabolism and stock fat more than anyone else I know (in terms of %). This video has been on my mind for years but I haven't actually managed to pull it together in a way that I felt was helpful. I truly wanted to combine all the experience I have acquired in 10 years to give you some motivation. All of these tips can be applied regardless of whether you like going to the gym or not. They can apply to any workout. I still put on fancy gym clothes when doing yoga or Zumba at home ๐โจ. And I also apply the "meditation" tip before doing any stretching.
