Here's a short guide in how to skip the majority of Keyes on Legendary. I was able to complete the mission in 2 minutes flat using this trick.

Make sure you have 0 skulls enabled as they can mess up the RNG manipulation that makes the trick consistent. Anniversary graphics will make the trick much easier for beginners and you'll see why.

The goal of this trick is to manipulate the flood at the beginning of the level to always be a reviver. So to make this consistent, change to anniversary graphics as this lags the opening cutscene and guarantees that you will be able to skip it on the very first frame much more consistently.

Step 1: Switch to Anniversary graphics (optional but makes the trick much easier).
Step 2: Pause the game and click or select restart level to bring up the prompt.
Step 3: Highlight the option to restart the level and make sure you are holding W or are walking straight up on your stick. Do not let go.
Step 4: Press your keyboard or A button 4 times quickly. There is a specific timing to skip the cutscene frame 1 for a reviver. Continue walking until the enemies spawn.

If the grunt is red, you most likely have a reviver. Lure the flood by shooting near it and luring it towards a specific splotch on the wall. To the side of it is a gray line that indicates where to stand for the trick. Strafe around and overcharge with the plasma pistol in the top right of its head to make it fall a specific way. Stand near the top right of the body and it should push you through the wall.

NOTES:
1. If you jump when restarting the mission, you were mashing space too slowly. If you just get the cutscene, you mashed it too quickly.
2. If you don't get pushed through the wall, it means you need to change your positioning on the dead body or maybe you knocked it down too far away from the wall. You can try closer to the splotch instead of the gray line, but don't go too far or the trick will not work.
3. Make sure you hit the checkpoints after the bump. The rest of the level you continue as normal. I would recommend killing all the A-pose enemies and taking the plasma grenades. Swap the AR for the Shotgun.
4. This works on all versions of the game though skipping the cutscene is very precise on all older versions of Halo CE.
5. The plasma pistol overcharge is amazing for running by all the elites. You can finish the level under 2 minutes this way.


For Co-Op:
I was wrong in this video and there is a more consistent and specific way to pull this off. Here is a quote from the HaloRuns Discord:


Player 2 (non-host) starts holding W and SPACE. Keep holding until the manip is completed.

Player 1 (host) restarts the level.

Player 2 continues holding W and SPACE.

Player 1 opens the menu again to restart the level stopping at the Yes/No option. Hold ESC, W, and SPACE. CLICK Yes then a split second later release ESC and SPACE, still holding W. If you jump the manip is messed up and you need to start over.

Player 1 holds W down the entire hallway without pressing any other keys or moving the mouse.

Player 2 holds W and SPACE until jumping twice, then releases SPACE while still holding W.

Once you see the grunt the manip is over and you can play normally.

You MUST restart level twice to do the manip because Player 2 can carry over momentum from the previous restart that will mess up the manip.
