0Zhongli is really comfy in second half, as long as you play around pillar it'll constantly give you hydro shield which tanks the herald nicely and lots of refresh constantly. Not to mention best Crescent Pike user for now.
for Noelle's first half, learnt that quickly using burst before the hydro spawning is vital so you could get the second burst without wasting too much time.
