Assasins Creed Origins:When you travel in the desert for a while then your player will start to hallucinate.This was a really good detail since it made the game more realistic.
Dying Light:There is a slight chance that a zombie will ask for mercy before you are about to kill it,for a second only it becomes a human.
God Of War:The game warns you NOT TO BE STRAYED FROM THE PATH,but if you are an idiot like me and you ignore the warning and you jump anyway then you will immediately die.
Spiderman:After spiderman's suit is damaged and peter's chest is exposed,he mentions that he wouldn't want people seeing his 3 chest hairs.Surprisingly he actually only has 3 hairs and you can see them in the game,well played insomniac games.
Red Dead Redemption 2: This game has real time decomposition circle,it's just mind blowing.
Metal Gear Solid 2: You may already know about this.Metal gear solid 2, an old game, was ridiculously detailed,one of the best details of the game was the Ice Cubes melting in real time,Hideo Kojima is the man.
Skyrim: Skyrim has ants in the game,didn't know about this? Don't worry neither was I.
Half Life: Half Life actually had a cockroach AI System,when something happened the cockroaches would react to it.
Batman Arkham Knight #1:You can see barbara's damaged spine while batman is in detective mode.
Batman Arkham Knight #2: In batman arkham knight batman will have hallucinations of joker all over Gotham.
Grand Theft Auto V: When a cop is wounded then he will be dragged to safety by other cops.
Watch Dogs 2: This was the saddest detail I've ever seen,if you kill a dog owner in the game then the dog would sit next to his owner.
