Final bosses then the True Ending (Photograph Ending), obtainable only on Hard/Nightmare Difficulty. You have to deal with this woman wearing a red dress and messed up face once again then the piano. Yes I consider the piano a final boss also. It's not as bad as Drakengard 3's final song segment but it will be tough and you only got a few chances to practice short parts of the musical notes early in the game. Fail too many times and you have to fight the woman again. The Ending Theme "Zero no Chouritsu" ("The Tuning of Zero") is sung by Tsukiko Amano and plays during the ending and ending credits. Unfortunately there are no English Subs in-game but I put them in myself for this video. Translation is from the Fatal Frame wiki. You may thank me later.

Misaki dies in the default ending but she lives in the photograph ending. Misaki then gets off the island together with Ruka. They both hook up and have hot violent sex. Oh yes.
