13 W T5 fixture to LED conversion
In this video, I convert the 9-Euro T5 fixture that I tore down earlier into a 20 W, 12 V LED fixture, using LED drivers scavenged out of trash-picked 5 W LED spotlights, and seven 78-cent warm white power LEDs out of China.
I wish I knew where to purchase similar LED drivers, because the ultra compact form factor on these is just excellent. The best bet for finding them is probably to do what I did, and get your hands on broken 12 V LED spotlights.
