The game is capped at 60 FPS, but thanks to a modder named Lyall we can Uncapp the FPS and also apply a UltraWide Resolution Fix, link is here with install instructions * https://codeberg.org/Lyall/MGSDeltaFix/releases *
For Geforce 40 and 50 series users, you can benefit from Smooth Motion, Nvidia's Driver Level x2 Frame Generation.
