About this video: This video is a completel build guide for a $1,500 Hackintosh that will allow you to join the Apple ecosystem with a super high-quality machine for less than the price of a used iMac. Plus, you'll have brand spanking new parts and an easily upgradeable system for the future. So, let's go ahead and jump on into this awesome build!

For our CPU, we are going with a 6 core powerhouse - the Intel Core i7 8700K. This is a great overclockable CPU that will give us plenty of power for content creation. With that, we are throwing a CRYORIG H7 air cooler in this system. This will allow for a bit of overclocking while still keeping things nice and cool!

We need a motherboard to put all of this in though, and it when it comes to a Hackintosh, you need to be extremely carful when choosing a motherboard. Thus, we are going with a Hackintoshing favoirte - the Gigabyte Z370 HD3P. This will be a great motherboard that has plenty of PCI and PCI-E while supporting up to 64GB of DDR4 allowing for tons of future expansion.

Speaking of RAM though, we are throwing in two 8GB sticks of Crucial Ballistix Elite DDR4-3000 RAM. This will give us plenty of RAM while letting us quickly expand to 32GB or RAM in the future by just adding in two more 8GB sticks. Now, moving on to hard storage, we are going with a 1TB WD Blue SSD. This will be plenty of room for MacOS and all of our programs in addition to some video files for editing. The good thing is though, if you need more storage, you can easily add it in!

So we've got most of the system convered, but we are still missing one HUGE part - the graphics card. For this system, we are throwing in a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. This is an 8GB GPU that will let us export videos quickly and actually be able to play all modern games at 1080P 60FPS if you dual boot into Windows. Thus, not only is this an incredible content creation powerhouse, it is an incredible gaming PC as well!

From here, we need a case to put everything in, and for that we are going with a NZXT S340. This is a great case with sleek cable management and a beatifuly simple design. For our power supply, we are throwing in a 650W EVGA SuperNOVA G3 80+ Gold Certified fully-modular power supply. This will allow for a bit of overclocking and GPU boosting without any power issues.

Now the main guts of this system are done, but for things like iMessage, FaceTime, etc. to work on a Hackintosh, you need a wifi card, and for our wifi card, we are going with a TP-Link Archer T9E. This is a incredible wifi card, and will allow your Hackintosh to work with all of Apple's services right out of the gate!

And there you have it! An awesome $1,500 Hackintosh content creation build. This will be a great system for years to come, and it will allow you to continue upgrading your Hackintosh and extend its life even more. With that being said, if this video did help you build a 1,500 dollar Hackintosh, please give it a thumbs up and be sure to subscribe to the channel if you haven't already. It really helps us out, and it means a ton to me. Thank you very, very much in advance!
