About this video: In this video, I go over exactly how to make a Bukkit server in Minecraft 1.13. This will allow you to add plugins to a Minecraft 1.13 server. Everything from World Edit to PermissionsEx will be able to be added to this server after you get it setup. This will also show you how to play Minecraft 1.13 with your friends using plugins. If you want to add plugins on a Minecraft server to play with your friends, this is the video for you.
First off, you need to download CraftBukkit before you can make a CraftBukkit server in 1.13. Doing this is actually pretty easy, and you can find the CraftBukkit download link above. After that, you need to add the CraftBukkit file its own separate folder and run it. After that, agree to the Minecraft EULA if you agree to it and then create a 'run.bat' file using the codes above.
Next, you just need to run your 1.13 Bukkit server by double-clicking the 'run.bat' file you created. This will open up your server. Now, just port forward the port 25565 as your internal port and your external port. After that, you'll be able to have your friends join your server using your public IP address, and you will have officially learned how to start a Bukkit server in Minecraft 1.13.
