The plugin we install in this video is actually GriefPrevention for Minecraft 1.13 allowing to you claim land, set homes, and stop griefing on your server! First things first, you need to download a Spigot Plugin for Minecraft 1.13. Luckily, every single Bukkit plugin out there will also work for Spigot. Thus, if you find a plugin that is updated for Minecraft 1.13, it will work on your Spigot server. You can find the download links to hundreds of Spigot plugins above, so no matter what kind of plugin you are looking for you will be able to find it.
Once, you've got your plugin downloaded, getting it installed on your server is easy. Just open up the folder that is holding your Spigot server, find the 'plugins' folder within that, and then, drag and drop your 1.13 Spigot plug into this folder. Now, run your server, and you are done! You now have a Spigot plugin installed. It really is that simple guys, and it will work for any Spigot or Bukkit plugin that you find.
