The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.
Commands used:
Create objective:
IUN: scoreboard objectives add ID dummy
Assign IDs:
RUA: scoreboard players add @a ID 0
CUA: execute at @p[scores={ID=0}] run scoreboard players add #NextID ID 1
CUA: scoreboard players operation @p[scores={ID=0}] ID = #NextID ID
