Oh boy, the return of my most hated enemy from Dark Souls 1: The Skeletons. They don't go to the rolling sword attack as often as they did in that one, but they're speed is still really brutal. My grand exploration of the catacombs is slow and steady and because these guys don't respawn infinitely, it's not as painful as before. The infinitely respawning skelies seem to be more prominent later, but they're not half as dangerous as the new ninja skeletons. I do eventually go back to the boss battle featured in this part, only to realize it's not half as hard as it seemed. Sadly, I never figured out if you can keep that one skeleton's hat.
