5Press the + with enter, holding while dragging then let go of enter and left click the buy button, brevity between inputs is important. 188 fps works the best.
Can do enter or click in either order, just make sure to release enter then left click with no inputs pressed between so that it buys really quickly after holding, messing up the counter. I tend to spam when buying.
