Never saw this in the arcades back in the day, and I've never seen on in person or for sale for that matter. The game also never got a home consoles release.
This release is strange though? It's like a Ridge Racer + as it's the same track layouts but they changed the night/day cycle effects. The difficulty is definitely higher as the "rival" car is faster and more aggressive and they also made a slight tweak to the drift mechanic which took a little while to get used to.
