Although I’m proud of how quickly I’ve been able to teach myself how to hoop and shoot in spite of starting at the late age of 21…there are truly LEVELS to this game - especially when it comes to Shooting - and it always becomes crystal clear anytime I get to dabble with current or former collegiate and pro hoopers 🤯

Social Media Hoops is causing alot of casuals and hoopers to equate “tuff basketball” to 10-piece combos with shifty crossovers and crazy hesis or stepbacks, but all the real hoopers know just how tuff a simple 1 Dribble Pull-Up or a Right + Left Hesi Pull for a Right Handed Shooter actually is!

This is something that is a weakness of mine and an element that I’m currently trying to dabble with…and if you don’t already have it in your bag, I would highly recommend chilling on all the crazy bag work and focusing on perfecting these details first!
