1Now that the NDA has been lifted for the beta, I can finally put some YouTube footage up of this potentially awesome game.

Yes that's right. The Funcom that does Conan and Bloodline Champions. This means you can expect some adult level humor in this game. Don't expect it . . count on it actually. This is an MMO for adults for sure. It's set in a modern area and features 3 factions (Dragons, Templars and Illuminati). Dragon are Asian based, Templars are an old world European sect and the Illuminati are a modern, US based group. From there, you gain powers and strength in a fairly non standard way. There are no real "levels" in this game. Your gear has quality levels but you can AP and SP to spend on talents and abilities.
The powers and abilities in this game range from weapons like swords and shotguns to magical powers like blood magic and chaos magic. You can put points into what you want. I was running with swords and blood magic. Certain weapons and magic can define you as a tank or healer but the style allows it to be very open.
The game will be sold, have a sub and there are some pre-order bonuses. It is a WoW level sub in terms of price. Is it worth 13-15 a month? It remains to be seen on the game quality. It has a very good POTENTIAL to be worth it especially if you prefer an older, more darkly humorous MMO. The game is also much harder in terms of difficulty compared to how watered down many MMOs have become.
