BlueStacks is a program for PCs I'd been hoping to see for some time. It allows you to run APK files directly on your PC. BlueStacks sets up a shell that runs apps in the android environment. Also featured in BlueStacks is a cloud connect that lets you sync apps from your PC to your phone and back. This allows some push procedures by downloading an app on the PC and using BlueStacks to push it.

So far the program seems wonderful. The only shortcoming I see is how will multi-touch be implemented. I'd also like to see the OS back bone come up to ICS.
