Up to 300 members of the Theatre Reserve Battalion the 2nd Battalion the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment are being deployed this weekend to help ISAF restructure forces in central Helmand. It follows a government announcement on Wednesday which will hand control of Sangin to the Americans and a reorganisation of forces in the province.
