2019 Toyota RAV4 Cargo Area Review | Autotrader
183The 2019 Toyota RAV4 represents a completely redesigned crossover. One of the key changes is new, more adventurous styling. That's a good thing, but it does reduce maximum cargo capacity a bit. Nevertheless, the RAV4 remains one of the more utilitarian compact crossovers, and in this video, we demonstrate some of the innovative features Toyota added to increase its versatility. This includes a 2-tiered cargo floor, with a reversible floor panel -- one side is carpeted, the other easily cleaned hard plastic. The cargo cover can also be stored under that floor, meaning you don't have to stow it in the garage or in the back seat when it's in the way. The cargo area itself is also a bit longer than before, and maintains a low lift over.
