In short, no it's not showing-up on the charts and antennae reports in Tomsk.
Largely it has to do with the difference of receptivity of the hardware itself: AM won't pick-up FM, and vice versa.
Some principle applies here.
They are proposing a 30Tesla field, if I understand correctly. Assuming that this messes with the magnetic field of the planet, one has to remember that the SR, is a measure from Earth Ground to the ionosphere, of the lightning discharge between the store of charge in the ionosphere and the store of current in the Earth ground.
So, assuming it might mess with the Earth's magnetic field, that's primarily absorbed in the magnetics of the planet herself. Yes, it's going to effect the Interplanetary magnetic field, I'm sure, but I can't talk about that, because it's really beyond what I know, in simple terms.
How exactly the magnetic field would effect the IMF, and then how that effects the SR as a result is beyond what I am capable of figuring.
The CERN has not hit that point yet.
One still has to link-up the times of anomalies on the reports, to definitively prove it was the LHC at work at that time.
From the Etheric Tech's position, one has to do alot of linking of dates and times, like a proper statistician, to make these correlations.
Additionally, one has to exclude more likely causes, which re more local, in order to move on to a source what's embedded into the ground.
My question is: how is it changing, and altering the Earth Ground?
There can be alot of things that are happening, which do not actually show-up on the Spectrographic information at Tomsk Russia, but are there none-the-less.
It's important not to ascribe one source of anomaly to the graphs, when there's no verifiable proofs for it to be there.
Occum's Razor works works surgically here, to prevent conflating two dissimilar materials together, which are caustic when combined.
It is it's own worst enemy, as far as theories go.
This stated, still interested in seeing any legitimate studies showing different, specific results.
