While looking through the Gex wikia, I noticed an unused sign present in the level Clueless in Seattle. I went, explored, and was lucky enough to actually find the easter egg ! It's located on a invisible platform behind the bear's head during the Mini-Game. You need to jump because there's a hole between the bear and the platform. On that invisible platform are 3 TVs and a sign at the end, showing some developers nicknames.
*This was found in the PS1 Version 1.1 of the game. The easter egg is not present in the N64 version.
