Apparently, that's around the price of the collector's edition of the game, which is about $250. I guess the $17 is for shipping. I do think that the stuff being offered are nice, but you're paying $250 for a collector's edition of a game, and you only get a digital only copy?
No, I'm not kidding. You pay $250 for collector's edition, and a digital copy of the game. Not even the full physical copy. Just the digital one.

Yeah, because you are practically burning money for a collector's edition of a game that doesn't even contain a physical version of it.
