I faded in the track at 17 second mark. I then took the solo piano breakdown from the 3:18 to 3:25 mark, removed the fade out which began at the 4:04 mark, and blended the piano breakdown back in to change the ending. This gave the ending the feeling it needed for the tribute to my father, who I miss with all my heart and soul.

After the car accident I was in, I didn't think that I'd be able to see well or draw again. I've healed far better than expected, and even though my hand and overall nerves weren't close to 100%, this is the 3rd illustration I've done since the accident. I used the .005 Micron Pens my Dad bought me from Japan, as well as a brand new .2 Copic Pen, which is the smallest size they currently sell. There weren't any references for this illustration, except for a basic sketch I did of a fence and a tree. I basically just let my hand guide me freely, doing 90% of it with my ink pen, only penciling in basic guides for the fence placement, the light post and the house, which I had no idea how it would even look, or where I was going to place it until i got to it.
