This is Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec running at 60fps with 4x up-scaling on PCSX on my PC. I choose slower stock cars in both games so the visual details could be seen better. This video compares GT3 A-Spec to GT5 on PS3. Despite it's age, GT3 in HD compares amazingly well to GT5. GT4 on PCSX2 compares even better, since all of the standard, non premium car models in GT5 for PS3 are actually up-scaled from GT4 on PS2. In this case, due to better scaling, GT4 cars running on PCSX2 look far cleaner and sharper. In GT5 only 20% of the cars are rendered to premium standards, 80% are car models imported from GT4 on PS2. Future videos will illustrate that.
