We bid farewell to the ocean, looking for more adventures to come.
We knew this journey would be long and treacherous, filled with mystery.
The desert was exhausting, but a trader was there too, with llamas.
These llamas would transport us. In return, shiny gems were placed down.
They followed us to the swamp, where the slimy lily pads were.
We said our farewells and went across the river on our mighty steeds.
We entered a hut, a boat for a lily.
We rode on our boats until there was no more water for us to row on.

Now in thick forests, nothing could help us through.
So we trekked on foot to the jungle that awaited us.
Months passed, and we were weakened by nature's forces against us.
But one day, our wishes came true.
Pushing away bushes, we spotted a great tree towering over us.
It wasn’t a normal tree.. It was a jungle tree!
We ran like our lives depended on it, overjoyed that we had finally found the place we wanted.

Breathing heavily and gasping for air, we threw ourselves on the ground, thinking that we were free from fear at last.
We chose a great tall tree, and started building the stairs up to our home.
The stairs were rough and uneven, but it felt like it was made just for us.
Using the wood we collected from our travels, and many other things too,
we scavenged and made trinkets to fill our soon-to be home.

A few months passed and all was well and peaceful.
How nice, we thought..
Nothing would bother or harm us in any way.
We would stay here forever, with the parrots chirping, ocelots meowing and pandas playing.
Such an undisturbed and tranquil place.
But little did we know what would come next…
