NEW UNO RULES:
1. Matching hyper-cards (+4, +2, etc.) cancel out one another. (Color is irrelevant.) (If the
color is swapped, continue with the swapped color).

2. Paired cards (number or hyper) can be played if the previously played card is matched
by color or number. (Pairs must be played from your hand at the same time.) (Only one
(1) pair can be played per turn.) (If the last two cards in your hand are a pair, you don't to
say "uno!") (If hyper-cards are paired, only one takes effect.)

3. If the played number card is matched perfectly (color and number) the next player in
order draws one. (1) (They skip their turn.)

4. Wild cards and +4s are given the ability to change color or number. (Not both.) (If a
number is chosen, the game continues as normal)

OPTIONAL QUICK GAME:
1. Every player (Including dealer) gets a two or three (2 or 3) card hand.

2. The dealer sets the initial card and sets one (1) card aside for each player minus the
dealer. (If only two people play, set aside two (2) cards.)

3. If each player agrees unanimously, discard the two or three card hands and each player
takes a card set aside by the dealer. (If all players don't agree, all cards set aside will be
revealed and placed under the deck).

4. All players play their card, the closest match wins. (If the initial card is a wild or +4 the
dealer chooses a color.) (If the collected card is a wild or +4 they automatically win that
round.)

5. If no card matches the initial card in any way, the dealer wins that round.

*If a disagreement ensues, settle it with an arm wrestle match.
