Today on this video is the 6th of January 2017 and I do some stretching for warm ups and then I go into the strength by using Dumbbells to gain muscle and also which I didn't put in the video is I did 50 situps before all of this. And I've other videos of me weightlifting, lifting 20kg weights but the weights I think for the 2 dumbbells are 15kg I don't think for both but got as a set. And thanks for watching.
