We wrapped up our time in Crèche Y'llek in the most subtle way possible—by deploying a divine space laser courtesy of The Blood of Lathander and, well, blowing up Rosymorn Monastery. Poor Astarion got caught in the blast repeatedly, but we kept bringing him back… mostly because it’s my partner’s favourite line of dialogue. Thinking we were striding confidently into Act 2, we instead wandered into a devastated battlefield that was very much not Act 2. Oops.
