10530 fps looks like garbage, but it's better for glitching.

When you're stuck between a floor and a ceiling, it's more likely for you to go through that surface with lower fps. The higher your fps, the more the game will try to correct your location, and thus, over-correct your position resulting in either death or a failed breach.
Always use 30 fps when breaching!
