The most important line: "Added an option to stop items on the ground from rendering if they're hidden by your item filter, which can help improve performance. This can be found under the Game category in Options."

This should massively improve game performance on low end PCs. I expect this to flow through to consoles as well. It will also make loot filter design much more important.

There's also a big upgrade to weapon cosmetics from supporter packs that almost every Spectral Shield Throw player has asked for, as well as two very welcome Heist bugfixes and some bugfixes that 'almost never' come up.
