See how you can get deeper performance insights combining business metrics exposed by Prometheus, system metrics of GKE and application logs on a single dashboard. We'll quickly set up an example cloud native application that exposes metrics using Prometheus, and then query those metrics using PromQL and Cloud Monitoring's Metrics Explorer.
Next we'll demonstrate the cloud native pipeline to extract metrics from Cloud Monitoring and load them in Big Query for advanced analytics. Lastly, we will discuss how we can build Looker dashboards to gain business insights and tackle challenges such as capacity planning.
