In this video you will learn about Google Distributed Cloud Edge and how Google Cloud is bringing compute power closer to where the data is being generated and consumed. Google Distributed Cloud Edge enables communications service providers to run core network and radio access network (RAN) elements at the edge as well as provides solutions that help enterprise customers across all industries increase operational efficiencies and create new customer experiences. It is enabled by Anthos, a cloud-backed control plane that provides a consistent management experience across multiple environments. GDC Edge is supported by an ecosystem of ISV and network functions partners; application developers, and data scientists converging on an open cloud stack and tooling to deliver edge computing globally.
