Our last assignment was to create any effect we wanted to experiment with, so I decided to go with some weapon effects inspired by the special weapons in the R-Type series. There are quite a few more unique ones in the later titles of the series, but I stuck with the traditional weapon effects for sake of simplicity. I personally enjoyed making the effect of the wall-crawlers most (the orange sphere-train shots). Any other weapon effects or revisions to the existing effects you guys could recommend? It's my final project so I want it to look as good as possible, so any recommendations are super appreciated!
