Further attempts to make the parts fit together better. The parts line up fine when loaded into my slicer, so the issue appears to be the printer. It isn't the kind of printer problem I'm familiar with, so I don't know how I would go about diagnosing or fixing it.

I'm holding off printing for the moment. Ring 2 of the body contains some really large parts and a few of them will each use more than half a roll of filament.
