I managed to fix a problem with my Prusa printer that had me unable to use it for about a week. The extruder gear wasn't quite lined up with the PTFE tube in the heatsink. This must have been putting stress on the filament as it loaded, causing my prints to appear as though my nozzle was clogged. I wasted quite a bit of time thinking it was a nozzle clog or a problem with the extruder motor getting too hot and causing 'heat creep'.

I'm nearly done printing the large pieces of R2 that won't fit on my Prusa. I still have left, right and center ankles to print, as well as all 3 foot shells and the 2 battery boxes. I also have both shoulder hubs to print and although they will fit on the Prusa, I might leave them for last and try printing them on my Tevo Tornado as I've yet to try PETG on it and don't want to try until I've finished printing all the large PLA and PLA+ parts that won't fit on my Prusa on it first.

The weather is changing, so I might not be able to get anymore priming done. I really would have liked to get the body rings all glued up before the temperatures dropped but it looks like this past week might have been the last of the warm weather this year.
