A little about the ankles. You want these to be strong as most of R2's weight is going through them. Don't print them with the pointy side facing up!
If you're going to print the version with built in supports, test print just the area about 1/2 inch before and after the transition from support to the bridge over the top. You might have better luck using the file without the built in supports and letting your printer add supports.
