This video shows how I'm attempting to fix the outer drive motor frames that printed a bit too thin due to warping. I've added a fairly thick layer of Bondo 2 part body filler to reduce the gap between the drive unit frame and the side of the foot shells.

I'm worried that the filler material will eventually crack and fail but it seemed like the easiest way to deal with the problem. The fact that I don't think I'll be driving R2 around much may help the 'repair' last longer. The best way to fix it would be to print another frame but I still have issues printing PETG and the motor frames are the most difficult things I've printed with PETG.
