In this tutorial, we'll look at how to start blocking in a characters torso. It is important to start with a low resolution model and then add detail in later. This helps in managing polygon limits and keeping your geometry clean. We'll look at using a box modeling technique on half the torso then all yo will need to do is mirror the geometry to get the full torso.
