Tarkov Skill Levelling Guide
Hey Guys, Roastt here with some Skill Levelling tips for Escape from Tarkov.
When levelling skills, you may have noticed, blue and red arrows on them. The blue arrow means you are getting skill points 30% faster, and the red arrow means you are getting them at 60% of the normal rate. To reset red skills, don’t earn any points in them for 200s.
The next tip is for leveling strength vs endurance. Both of these get points when you move, but the skill that gets points depends on your weight. If your weight is green you are leveling Endurance and if your weight is Orange or Red you are levelling Strength.
You can power level health and save some rubles by not healing with therapist after raids and instead buying meds and using them. Using meds in your stash gives you health XP which lowers your chance for fractures and slows how fast you dehydrate and starve.
Speaking of food, DON’T eat it in your stash. You gain more metabolism skill points by consuming provisions in raid. And that’s great, because once you get metabolism to elite level you no longer take damage from starvation or dehydration.
And last but not least, if you are tired of stomping around loudly, try intentionally levelling covert movement each raid. This skill actually lowers the amount of noise your steps make, but to level it you have to walk at quarter speed. You can tell you are doing this when the speaker icon by your stance has no volume bars.
