Ghost Of Tsushima is a good PS4 game. Assassin's Creed is a good franchise, these games are pretty similar. Unfortunately I haven't seen the ending screen for ghost of tsushima yet so this isn't going to be a full on review but instead comparing it to assassin's creed and telling you why it's basically the AC game I've always wanted.
