Capcom has been rather quiet about its upcoming and highly anticipated Resident Evil 2 remake that the company said would be out sometime in 2018. Now, here we are, already three months into 2018 and still no word about it -- not even during the game's twentieth anniversary back in January. Capcom may be quiet, but fans of the franchise certainly have not been. There have been several supposed "leaks" over the past couple years, mostly talking about changes that will be added and removed from the iconic game. Anything ranging from Ada receiving her own storyline, similar to separate ways in Resident Evil 4, to the famous crocodile scene being cut from the game altogether (which seems highly unlikely). Today, I want to go over things that I would personally love to see come from this remake. As a longtime fan of the franchise there are several improvements I would like to see, and after the success of Resident Evil 7 and Monster Hunter: World, Capcom seems to be making all the right decisions with their tentpole franchises. Hopefully, this will be no different.
