40 Winks (PC) - MortaPlay [Part 8: Cosmic Cheese Caves and Space Race]

Hey there, humans! Let’s continue 40 Winks with the Cosmic Cheese Caves and the Space Race! Once again, we can be thankful that this game doesn’t share developers with Mortal Kombat for all those titles with three capital ‘Cs’! :P
We have to gather four blue keys and two Winks! However, you can say that the latter count as one as they’re found together at the end.
This place is perhaps one of the most dangerous levels, especially because of its multiple chasms that cost you a life if you fall into them!
To tempt you, you even have coins to collect from crystals above the holes… ‘Risks and rewards!’
These space caverns also contain toxic gas (to which the Jester and Fairy transformations are immune) and tons of large, colourful rats that love to throw mouldy cheese at you!
Add to that many explosive barrels, multiple meteor falls, and a plethora of Hoodwinks everywhere, and you have a cruel concoction that would only appeal to these alien rodents!
Also note that the cogs aren’t essential here since the door they open is just a bonus before the first teleporter… I actually forgot about it, but we didn’t miss much, as it only contains two coins, if I’m not mistaken…
Despite all of that, I didn’t have a bad time there! As for the Space Race, I had to attempt it twice because I got trapped by the clunky controls on the last lap… At least now you know what a failure in this bonus challenge looks like.
Now that the little grey man is defeated at his own game, we’re heading to the Lunar Mice Meteorite! See you soon!
