As I was on last night, a great new tool emerged called Run8sessions.com for hosts to post servers and sessions, and clients to find them. Still having issues with the bid board, but I'll get around that at some point, perhaps as early as tonight.

Speaking of which I have to set up my procedures and other documents so people know what they are doing :) I wouldn't mind using the bid board or some other means of assigning trains, but we will wait and see how that pans out.

Some of this is going to be VERY boring tonight. But hopefully the first little bit should introduce many in what can and needs to be done when organising a server or session to host.
