Hey, I found this shiny on the 28th of January 2021! I chose Ditto as my first ever Emerald hunt! I've been wanting to do this hunt for a long time now but I didn't have an Emerald cartridge so when I finally got one I played through the whole game to be able to set this hunt up. At first I was planning on doing a repel trick but I ended up deciding there was no point in repel tricking a Pokémon that's already 50% except losing my time so I stopped the repel trick and I'm really glad I did because if I didn't I'd probably never have hit this shiny frame due to how RNG works in Emerald. Also, as you can see, this hunt ended really fast and I have the whole hunt recorded so this video includes it all as a timelapse which is something I've been wanting to do for a long time now but that is unfortunately pretty difficult to do for longer hunts.
