#487 Groove on Fight Bosses (3/3): Damian Shade gameplay.
Gameplay of the (sort of) sub-boss Damian Shade in Atlus' Groove on Fight.
This wraps up Groove on Fight. Damian is a sort of sub-boss, fought (sort of) along side Gartheimer. He doesn't actually fight, but instead can do attacks from the sidelines, from what I recall. Due to the fact that he's neither playable nor even really a true character, he only has a few basic moves, although he was given a full, proper moveset in the Sega Saturn release of the game. As a result, he's a total oddity; being that he's "fought" before Bristol in any playthrough, he is technically a sub-boss to some extent, though does too little to really warrant any boss status. This game was definitely a fair bit more experimental than most Power Instinct titles, although it's admirable for that. In his arcade iteration, Damian only has a few basic moves, although interestingly can be hold his own to a decent extent. Nothing to really say about him otherwise, though. Just another curiosity in a curious game.
