It's not without it's flaws, but plenty playable. Hit HOME to bring up ReSHADE Menu and disable/enable effects. Like SSR Reflections if you don't like them.

DODI's REMASTER of NFS Carbon 2006 is easy enough to find with Google, instructions were included, many INI files to look at and config if YOU choose to, but its very simple to just add the texture mods and run, letting the built in reshade preset to its work or even disable that.
I DID HAVE TO EDIT CONFIG INI FILES TO SET 4K Resolution 3840x2160p as it loaded with 0 values and 1920x1080p.
