z87 board, i7 3.5, 16gb ddr3, rx6900 xt...recently learned choose wisely when you have little 💲💲💲itx boards are trash due to poor rendering ie fps will go down after a while of gp, proof is cinabench.
Cheap Itx boards do stutter when using cpus due to poor heating, from some research I made. Basically, a poorly made board can have poor heat transfer...as I thought. Imagine reentering another level to have slow performance and lag whilst the first half hour the outdoor environment plays good (ex Warframe), this believe it or not, is due to motherboard manufacturers!
Many mobos, including the expensive atx boards can be made poorly due to heat transfer from the CPU. My theory is the pipelines of a CPU can't handle mobos well in combination with wattage of the PSU not being properly transfered causing poor renderings. Remember, mobos are not universally the same, they are just there to make money.
