Every Theory and Fact explanation for those that need it:
1 - The Entity made all the bodies in Autohaven visible in plain sight just to tease Wraith and make him remember that he was the one that did is, further boosting his guilt and torturing his poor mind.
2 - If the Pig's mask are in fact real and rotting, that means they were a part of a real Pig creature with human hair that was later repurposed by the entity to be the mask that Pig wears.
3 - Hillbilly did a lot of effed up things during his life. Hiding bodies in the walls of the Thompson's house is something not a lot of people know.
4 - The Nurse had the same fate as the bodies that are on the ceiling of the Asylum, explaining why she is asphyxiated and moving as if she was hanging. The ambulance lore is part of another Nurse from another universe.
5 - The Shelter Woods tree was originally way creepier than it is now, as it was supossed to have haunting human faces, and possibly sounds when near it. The Entity seems to have cursed the Trees with sentience.
