FOR CONTEXT:
I'm still a yellow belt in taekwondo I got back to TKD 6 months ago but stopped because something happened. I started recently to try to learn this kick during my spare time at least once a week. I can do a somewhat decent tornado kick and hook kick (based on my own standards who doesn't train regularly) but I can't do a good 540 round house kick.

I have a lot of work to do, job, chores, important places and important matters to do etc so I'm happy just trying to learn this kick while I'm not too old yet plus I consider it as my regular exercise or at least I get some exercise and stretching...

Sad I have to skip other kicks or other techniques or don't prioritize stuff like forms etc because I just don't have enough time, I don't have enough space, I don't have enough funds etc so any slow turtle progress is already enough motivation for me not to give up plus I don't have anyone in person to teach me or help train with but that's life nothing is perfect especially during adulthood.

It will take time to get your body into a decent level of fitness unlike younger days so at least I get some exercise, cardio, stretching and body conditioning every now and then while slow but with slow progress.

I know this technique takes years yo master but hey at least I have something new to look forward to every now and then for years.
